We pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive range of therapies and complementary treatments, including but not limited to massage, mobilisation, manipulation, stretches, taping and rehabilitation programs. We are specialists in spinal and sports physio, a specialist field affording us a greater understanding of the body and in turn allowing us to offer a more complete range of solutions. Our thorough analysis and assessment of conditions and injuries allows us to make informed decisions about the best treatment for you.

Remedial Massage and Clinical Pilates

When it comes to recovering from injury or improving your general wellbeing, it’s rarely as simple as a single treatment; it’s about a comprehensive treatment plan. Our high quality remedial massages and Clinical Pilates are also part of our repertoire and are often used in our treatment plans. Not only are they enjoyable treatment options, they are highly effective in combination with other methods. Our remedial massage is perfect for releasing tension and correcting imbalance.

Clinical Pilates is a one-on-one or group Pilates session, where we focus on exercises that strengthen the muscles around your troubled area. The exercises can be adapted to suit each person’s level of ability, so it is suitable for patients of all ages. This treatment method has shown some amazing results, which is why it's one of our most successful services.

Tried Everything?

Have you tried chiropractors and other physiotherapists without any luck? Our team can help. We are experts in our field and have successfully treated patients who have had unresolved or reoccurring injuries, which have been unsuccessfully resolved elsewhere. We always aim to treat the source of your problem to reduce the likelihood your pain or injury will reoccur.
