We provide Exercise Rehabilitation services to help our patients that suffer from cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, musculoskeletal and mental health disorders in order to improve their clinical status.

Our staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to design and deliver a safe and effective exercise program for people living with acute, sub-acute and chronic medical conditions, injuries and disabilities. Via lifestyle and behavioural modification our staff can help improve the clinical status and quality of life for our patients.
